Directions for use:
1. Mix concentrated Plus White Tartar Control solution with water from 1:3 (at least one teaspoon of concentrated saline and three teaspoons of water). Jumble in the mouth 2 to 3 seconds and then spit you out. Toothbrush (no toothpaste) to brush your teeth and rinse your mouth with water.

For bleaching front and back teeth, apply the gel over the length of the mold.
For bleaching of upper and lower teeth, apply gel on both sides of the mold all the way.
3. Carefully place the mold into your mouth and bite down gently. Remove excess gel.
4. Keep mold 5 minutes to take effect, and for very prebojene and yellow teeth 10-15 minutes.
