How do the Dormirin Forte ingredients work?

Melatonin is a hormone involved in regulating the natural sleep–wake rhythm. It contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) is traditionally used in products intended for evening relaxation and sleep support. Each capsule provides 50 mg of dry valerian root extract.

Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) is traditionally included in formulas for nervous tension and evening relaxation. Each capsule provides 50 mg of dry lemon balm leaf extract.

Zinc contributes to normal immune system function, normal macronutrient metabolism and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Who is the product intended for?

Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age with occasional difficulty falling asleep, a disrupted sleep schedule or subjective jet-lag symptoms. Persistent or pronounced insomnia requires assessment of the underlying cause.
