• For external use only.
• Do not apply to open wounds, broken or severely irritated skin.
• Avoid contact with the eyes, mucous membranes and the immediate eye area.
• Do not use beneath airtight or tightly occlusive dressings.
• Not suitable for children under three years of age.
• Do not use in case of shellfish allergy or sensitivity to another ingredient.
• Test a small area first when the skin is particularly sensitive.
• Stop use if pronounced burning, rash, swelling or severe redness develops.
• Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
• Sudden severe pain, marked swelling, a red or hot joint, deformity, inability to bear weight or symptoms after a significant injury require medical assessment.

Pernaton Gel is the more appropriate version when a refreshing cooling sensation and gentle massage of an overworked area are desired. Do not massage a newly injured, markedly swollen, bruised or severely painful joint vigorously. The gel cannot replace rest, appropriate rehabilitation or medication recommended by a doctor. People with a shellfish allergy should not use the product.

Menthol initially provides a pronounced cooling sensation. Massaging the skin may subsequently create a mild feeling of warmth and relaxation.

Can people with shellfish allergies use it?
