Orthofix is an exceptional product from the group of chondroprotectors that is intended for the treatment of osteoarthritis, degenerative cartilage diseases, after injuries and intensive loading of the knee, hip and elbow joints. The great combination of active substances in Orthofix® alleviates the problems caused by the inflammatory process in the cartilage, such as pain and swelling, already after 10 days. This original and superior product combines glucosamine sulfate and MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) in the same formulation. The synergistic effect of these substances helps in the synthesis of proteoglycans. Osteoarthritis (OA) is the most common chronic joint disease that occurs more often in the elderly, but it is increasingly important in the middle age of active workers. Joint pain, stiffness, deformities and loss of functionality can lead to chronic disability. OA manifests itself through morphological, biochemical, molecular and biomechanical changes in cartilage cells, bone and extracellular matrix. These processes lead to cartilage softening, fibrillation, ulceration and loss of cartilage, as well as to sclerosis, hardening of supporting bones and the formation of new bone formations (osteophytes) and subchondral cysts. All these processes trigger the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and growth factors in addition to the activity of inflammatory cells, which is why OA is considered a true inflammatory process in the joints that accompanies or precedes the degenerative process. There are many risk factors for OA, but some of the most important are obesity, hyperglycemia, elevated cholesterol level, diet without enough vitamin C and antioxidants, older age, female gender, increased bone density, hormonal changes, insufficient physical activity, joint deformities (congenital or acquired), injuries and repeated injuries, muscle weakness and genetic predisposition. The most significant clinical symptoms of OA include joint swelling, tenderness to touch, joint deformities/subluxations, impaired gait, and changes in soft tissues and bursae. It is important to note that Orthofix® is effective in the treatment of these ailments, providing relief from pain and reducing inflammatory processes in the joints, which helps preserve functionality and improve quality of life. Composition of Orthofix for joints, bones and muscles: Glucosamine sulfate 1500 mg Hyaluronic acid MSM (METHYLSOLPHONYLMETHANE) Turmeric Way of use: The recommended daily dose is 2 tablets a day with a meal, or as recommended by your doctor. Use continuously for 2-3 months. Packaging: 60 tablets.

Shipping cost is with tax. The price includes the delivery of the parcel to the buyer's address with the associated tax and customs at the seller's expense. A possible additional cost may be a customs charge against the buyer, depending on the country to which the package is being shipped.
