Naclofen duo 75 mg hard capsules with modified release contain the active substance diclofenac-sodium. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects. Capsules are designed to provide immediate and sustained drug release.
Indications:
Naclofen duo is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of pain and inflammation associated with:
inflammatory rheumatic diseases (e.g. rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, acute gout),
degenerative joint and spine diseases (e.g. osteoarthritis, spondylosis),
acute musculoskeletal disorders (e.g. periarthritis, tendinitis, tenosynovitis, bursitis),
pain after injuries, dental and other surgical procedures,
primary dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation).
Dosage:
The recommended dose for adults is one capsule (75 mg) per day, which should be taken whole, without chewing, with a meal and enough liquid. The drug should be taken in the lowest effective dose and for the shortest possible duration needed to control symptoms.
Contraindications:
Naklofen duo must not be used if you are allergic to diclofenac or any other ingredient of the drug, if you have had hypersensitivity reactions to other NSAID drugs, if you have an active or previous peptic ulcer, severe impairment of liver or kidney function, or if you are in the third trimester of pregnancy.
Warnings and precautions:
The drug should be used with caution in people with a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, impaired liver or kidney function, as well as in the elderly. Also, simultaneous use with other NSAID drugs or drugs that affect blood clotting should be avoided.
Side effects:
Possible side effects include gastrointestinal disturbances (eg, abdominal pain, nausea, dyspepsia), skin reactions, headache, dizziness, elevated liver enzymes, and rare serious reactions such as Stevens-Johnson syndrome or toxic epidermal necrolysis.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding:
The use of Naclofen duo is not recommended during the third trimester of pregnancy. In the first and second trimesters, it should be used only if necessary, with careful consideration of the benefits and risks. During breastfeeding, the use of this medicine is not recommended.
Storage of the medicine:
The medicine should be stored in the original packaging, at a temperature of up to 30°C, protected from moisture and out of the reach of children. Do not use the medicine after the expiration date marked on the package.

For goods ordered up to 5.000,00 RSD, delivery charge is 260.00 RSD (VAT included). For goods over 5.000,00 RSD, shipping is free of charge.
For international delivery:
For the export of goods abroad through the PostExport service of Post of Serbia, the shipping price is for:
- Zone I (Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia) - 1,280.00 RSD
- Zone II (Other European countries) - 1,790.00 RSD

For export of goods abroad through DHL service, the shipping price is 2,700.00 RSD. Delivery time is 1-5 business days (depending on the country of delivery)
Shipping cost is with tax. The price includes the delivery of the parcel to the buyer's address with the associated tax and customs at the seller's expense. A possible additional cost may be a customs charge against the buyer, depending on the country to which the package is being shipped.
