Multibiane 30 Capsules is a multivitamin and mineral food supplement from PiLeJe, formulated for adults who wish to complement their everyday intake of important micronutrients.

Take the capsule with food, particularly when you have a sensitive stomach. A meal containing some dietary fat also supports the use of vitamin E and beta-carotene.
The formula contains iron, but it is not intended as independent treatment for confirmed anaemia. Low haemoglobin or ferritin requires laboratory assessment and targeted supplementation.
Multibiane does not contain vitamin D, iodine or selenium. When one of these nutrients is specifically required, select it separately after checking the complete supplement routine.
Avoid using two multivitamins at the same time. Pay particular attention to total vitamin A, iron, zinc, copper and manganese intake.
Persistent fatigue may be associated with anaemia, thyroid dysfunction, vitamin D or B12 deficiency, insufficient sleep or another condition. Supplementation should not delay assessment.
