What does MaxMedica Migralin contain and how should it be taken?

Migralin is a food supplement in capsule form from the Serbian manufacturer MaxMedica, part of its Neuro.X line. The formula combines five active ingredients: magnesium, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), coenzyme Q10 in the form of ubiquinol, a standardised extract of feverfew leaf (Tanacetum parthenium) and black pepper extract with piperine.

The daily dose of two capsules provides 350 mg of magnesium, 100 mg of vitamin B2 and 100 mg of coenzyme Q10. The feverfew extract is standardised to 0.5 % parthenolide, and the black pepper extract to 95 % piperine. The pack of 60 capsules lasts 30 days at the recommended dose.

According to authorised EU health claims, magnesium and vitamin B2 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; magnesium also contributes to normal muscle function, and vitamin B2 to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
