MeteoSpasmyl is a drug consisting of alverine citrate and simethicone. It is intended for the symptomatic treatment of irritable colon syndrome, especially when it is characterized by bloating from the presence of gases.
Method of use:
One capsule, 2 to 3 times a day at the beginning of a meal. Capsules should be taken at the beginning of a meal, swallowed whole with plenty of liquid. Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. If you are not sure, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Shipping cost is with tax. The price includes the delivery of the parcel to the buyer's address with the associated tax and customs at the seller's expense. A possible additional cost may be a customs charge against the buyer, depending on the country to which the package is being shipped.
