If you drink two or three coffees during the day, do not automatically add Black Kick without considering the total caffeine intake. The same applies to other pre-workout supplements and energy drinks.

The product also contains 25.3 g carbohydrates and 17.9 g sugars per serving. This may fit a demanding training session with higher energy requirements, but it is not negligible for someone closely controlling calorie or carbohydrate intake.

If you are using a stronger caffeinated sports product for the first time, pay particular attention to individual responses such as palpitations, nervousness, tremor or sleep disturbance. If pronounced symptoms occur, discontinue use.
