Pharmacist's advice
Take Lodoz every morning and never stop the tablets abruptly – stopping a beta blocker suddenly can worsen heart disease. If you measure your blood pressure at home, also record your pulse: report a markedly slow pulse or dizziness to your doctor.
Because of hydrochlorothiazide, use sun protection and avoid sunbeds. Before buying cold medicines or eye drops, tell the pharmacist you take Lodoz. People with diabetes should know that a beta blocker can mask the signs of low blood sugar.
