Zviz UP Mg RELAX DIRECT is a nutritional supplement that contains saffron pistil stigma extract, melatonin, magnesium, vitamins B2 and B6. It is recommended for relaxation and relaxation to people who are under stress and who feel symptoms of chronic fatigue.
Magnesium is an important mineral necessary for maintaining good health. Saffron contributes to mental health. In small doses, it stimulates the secretion of gastric juice, and in larger doses, it stimulates the smooth muscles of the uterus. Findings from recent studies suggest that the use of saffron in adults can contribute to improved sleep, as well as have a positive effect on anxiety.
Vitamins B2 and B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion.
Melatonin contributes to shortening the time required for sleep. A beneficial effect is achieved by using 1 mg immediately before going to bed. It is one of the main hormones of the pineal gland, a gland located in the brain. It is involved in the regulation of the circadian rhythm as well as the regulation of seasonal responses to changes in the length of the day. Supplementation of melatonin serves as an aid in regulating sleep disorders and shortening the time needed to fall asleep by applying 1 mg before bedtime, due to the pronounced hypnotic effect, without feeling drowsy the next morning. It helps alleviate the subjective feeling associated with changing time zones and air travel. The desired effect is achieved by applying a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin the day before the trip and the following few days after arriving at the destination.
