Folinomel is a dietary product / dietary supplement and is not a replacement for a gynaecological examination, laboratory tests or prescribed therapy. It should not be used as a stand-alone solution for missed periods, painful periods, suspected PCOS, conception difficulties, recurrent miscarriage, fibroids, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, insulin resistance or hormone disorders. The product contains melatonin and may cause drowsiness, so driving, operating machinery or activities requiring full attention are not recommended after use. Do not use with alcohol, sedatives, sleeping medicines, antidepressants, medicines that affect serotonin or other products containing melatonin without advice from a doctor or pharmacist. Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, people under 18, people on hormone therapy, blood sugar therapy, nervous system therapy or people hypersensitive to any ingredient should consult a doctor before use.

Folinomel may be useful as part of broader nutritional support for women who monitor cycle regularity, ovulation, PCOS or preparation for pregnancy with their gynaecologist. However, because it contains melatonin and because female reproductive health cannot be assessed only by symptoms, it should not be introduced without a clear reason. If periods are absent, or there is increased hair growth, acne, weight gain, pelvic pain or difficulty conceiving, it is important to check hormones, ultrasound findings, insulin/glucose and the gynaecologist’s recommendation.
