Ezerex is not formulated as a single-dose stimulant used only immediately before sexual activity. It is intended for regular daily nutritional support. Individual response depends on the cause of the symptoms, general health, circulation, physical activity, stress, sleep, smoking, alcohol and regular medication.

Recurring, sudden or gradually worsening erection difficulties require assessment of the underlying cause rather than prolonged self-treatment with dietary supplements.

Ezerex is a dietary supplement and not a medicine for erectile dysfunction, atherosclerosis, high blood pressure, diabetes, abnormal blood lipids or another cardiovascular condition. It does not replace urological, cardiological or endocrine assessment or prescribed treatment.

Consult a doctor before use in cases of heart disease, angina, arrhythmia, low or uncontrolled blood pressure, a previous heart attack or stroke, kidney or liver disease, diabetes, a bleeding disorder, asthma or planned surgery.

L-arginine may further lower blood pressure. Do not combine Ezerex without medical advice with nitrates for angina, blood-pressure medication, sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil or other products intended for erectile function.

Caution is also required with anticoagulant or antiplatelet medicines, diabetes medication and potassium-sparing diuretics such as spironolactone, amiloride and triamterene.

L-arginine is not recommended after a recent heart attack without explicit medical approval. Do not change, reduce or discontinue prescribed medication because of supplement use.

Possible adverse effects include nausea, abdominal discomfort, bloating, diarrhoea, headache, flushing, dizziness or low blood pressure. Stop use and seek advice if reactions are pronounced.

If chest pain or pressure, shortness of breath, fainting or severe dizziness occurs during sexual activity, stop and seek urgent medical help. An erection lasting four hours or longer requires emergency assessment.

The product is not intended for children. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should not use it without medical advice.

Take Ezerex regularly according to the label rather than only when sexual activity is expected. Do not introduce another product containing a large amount of L-arginine at the same time, because this may increase the risk of digestive discomfort and low blood pressure.

Difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection may be associated with stress or fatigue, but also with high blood pressure, diabetes, abnormal blood lipids, low testosterone, smoking, vascular disease or adverse effects of medication. Assessment is particularly important when the problem is new or keeps recurring.

Regular physical activity, weight management, stopping smoking, limiting alcohol and adequate sleep are important for preserving circulation and sexual function. A supplement can only support these measures.
