Eucerin Anti-Age Tinted Sun Cream SPF 50+ (medium/dark, 50ml) is a tinted facial sunscreen from the Sun Photoaging Control line. It combines very high UVB protection, UVA protection above the EU recommendation and care against visible signs of sun-induced ageing.

The formula contains licochalcone A and glycyrrhetinic acid, antioxidants that according to the manufacturer neutralise free radicals caused by UV and high-energy visible (HEVIS) light, as well as hyaluronic acid, which retains moisture and helps reduce the look of fine lines. Colour pigments even out the complexion and add protection against HEVIS light.

The Medium shade is designed for medium to darker complexions. The texture is light, unperfumed and non-sticky, and the UV filter system is free of octocrylene.

Pharmacist advice for use

Apply the cream as the last step of your morning routine, evenly and generously over the whole face, before sun exposure. Applying too little gives much lower protection than stated on the pack.

Reapply about every two hours and after sweating, swimming or towelling. A tinted sunscreen does not replace shade, a hat and avoiding the sun at midday.

According to the manufacturer, the cream can be used 4 days after laser treatment or a peel. After such treatments, always also consult the dermatologist who performed them.
