ESI BioCollagenix Forte Lift Drink – 10 × 30 ml is a liquid food supplement providing 10,000 mg of hydrolysed marine collagen types I and III per daily bottle. The formula also contains hyaluronic acid, concentrated bilberry juice, vitamin C, zinc and copper.

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of the skin. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails, while copper contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissues and normal pigmentation of the skin and hair.

Vitamin C, zinc and copper also contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Each 30 ml bottle provides a ready-measured daily serving, making the formula convenient for regular use.

Directions: take 1 bottle (30 ml) daily, either directly or diluted in a small amount of water. ESI currently recommends taking it preferably on a full stomach. Shake well before use.

Pharmacist's advice: consistency is more important than taking collagen at a particular time of day. Take one bottle at a time that makes daily use easy, preferably with food. Unlike the previous BioCollagenix Lift formula containing 5,000 mg collagen and resveratrol, the current Forte formula provides 10,000 mg collagen and does not list resveratrol. Check your total intake of zinc, copper and vitamin C if you use other supplements at the same time.
