How to use

Apply an appropriate amount of toothpaste to the brush head. Place the toothbrush against your teeth at a 45-degree angle to the gums before turning it on (to avoid splashing). Select your desired speed and "swing" mode. Gently move the toothbrush from tooth to tooth without applying too much pressure – let the device do the work. The toothbrush will automatically turn off after 3 minutes. After use, rinse the brush head under running water.

When switching from a manual to an electric toothbrush, the most common mistake patients make is applying too much pressure to the teeth, which can lead to gum recession. An electric toothbrush works on the principle of rapid micro-movements, so it is enough to just gently press it against the teeth. If you have sensitive gums prone to bleeding, I recommend always using the "super fine" soft head included in the package and a lower speed setting to gently massage the gums without irritation.
