Rest your stomach for the first few hours, and then start with the intake of electrolyte solutions, literally one teaspoon every 5 to 10 minutes. Ginger is scientifically proven to be one of the best natural allies against nausea, so ginger-based preparations or teas are an excellent choice. When you feel that the stomach has calmed down, gradually introduce light and dry food such as rusk, salty crackers, or boiled rice, avoiding milk, sugar, and fatty food.
