Operation:

Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is an organic sulfur compound that is a building component of cartilage tissue and facilitates its function.

The exclusive natural ingredient - Natural collagen type II (B-2Cool® collagen) also known as undenatured or non-hydrolyzed collagen - has a unique mechanism of action: oral tolerance, which can help modulate the immune response against endogenous (already present in the body) collagen type II , protecting it from further degradation

Hydrolyzed bovine collagen increases collagen synthesis. It is recommended for strengthening and regeneration of bones, muscles, joints, tendons and ligaments

Turmeric extract helps maintain proper flexibility of joints, tendons and ligaments. Curcumin is a product that has demonstrated consistent biological analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties

Vitamin C supports the proper production of collagen to maintain the proper functioning of cartilage tissue.

Manganese contributes to the proper formation of connective tissue. Vitamin C and manganese contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

BONART COMPLEX with B-2Cool® owes its effect to natural type II collagen through an immune-mediated mechanism called oral tolerance. This mechanism of action involves the administration of an antigen that can modulate the immune response as a positive reaction.

Taken orally, natural collagen passes through the stomach without denaturation (1). In the intestines, it is recognized by the Peyer's patches, lymphoid follicles that regulate the immune response (2). Thanks to its specific epitopes, collagen interacts with immune cells (3), triggering the regulation of the inflammatory process through an immune mediator. Since lymphocytes no longer act on type II collagen present in the joints (4) (Park et al., 2009), the body then learns to recognize it as a harmless molecule. The induced immune response is therefore weaker, reducing collagen degradation (Manelli et al., 2015). Natural collagen type II, through this mechanism of action, reduces collagen degradation, increases joint mobility and reduces pain.
