This combination is usually applied from the 8th day of life until the end of the 3rd month. After the 3rd month, supplementation continues exclusively with Vitamin D3 (most often combined with DHA omega) until the end of the first year.

2. What if the baby is drinking formula?
If the baby is exclusively on formula, they are already consuming about 25-50mcg of vitamin K1. In that case, pediatricians usually advise switching to Vitamin D3 drops only, but it is always best to consult your chosen pediatrician before changing the routine.
