TOPIDERM EMULSION (250ml) is a specially formulated, medical emulsion intended for the daily washing and cleaning of extremely sensitive skin of hands and arms affected by eczema, contact dermatitis, or psoriasis. Given that hands are washed much more often than other parts of the body, classic soaps with aggressive sulfates (SLS, SLES) further dry out, irritate, and damage the already compromised skin barrier. Topiderm emulsion is completely sulfate-free and contains only the mildest cleansing agents. In addition, damaged skin is more susceptible to infections, which is why this formula contains chlorhexidine gluconate (which protects against bacteria and fungi) and chamomile extract that quickly soothes painful redness and irritation. Thanks to the high percentage of emollients, the emulsion prevents drying after washing, deeply hydrates, and creates an invisible protective film on the skin's surface.

Why do classic soaps worsen eczema?

Topiderm uses alternative, emollient cleansers that wash the skin without destroying its protective layer.

Pharmacist's advice for use

Always wet your hands and eczema-affected parts exclusively with lukewarm water (avoid hot water as it further dries out the skin). Apply Topiderm emulsion and gently, thoroughly rub it over all parts of the hand - on the palms, the back of the hands, and the space between the fingers. Then rinse with lukewarm water. Golden rule: After washing, do not roughly rub your hands with a towel, but simply pat them gently until they absorb the excess moisture.

For goods ordered up to 5.000,00 RSD, delivery charge is 260.00 RSD (VAT included). For goods over 5.000,00 RSD, shipping is free of charge.

Shipping cost is with tax. The price includes the delivery of the parcel to the buyer's address with the associated tax and customs at the seller's expense. A possible additional cost may be a customs charge against the buyer, depending on the country to which the package is being shipped.
