TheraBand Silver Professional Resistance Tubing 30.5 m is a large roll of round elastic resistance tubing without handles, offering a Super Heavy resistance level. Although it may be listed as an “elastic skipping rope”, this product is not a conventional skipping rope and it is not a flat resistance band. It is professional cylindrical resistance tubing supplied in a 30.5 m roll, which can be cut to a length suitable for a specific exercise, user height and training programme.

How to cut and use the tubing correctly
- Cut the tubing only while fully relaxed, on a clean flat surface, using sharp scissors.
- Inspect the tubing before every use. Do not use it if there are cracks, cuts, visible damage or signs of wear.
- Perform movements slowly and with control; do not allow the tubing to snap back suddenly.
- Do not attach the tubing to unstable furniture, door handles, glass surfaces or improvised anchor points.
- Keep it away from sharp edges, jewellery, watches and objects that could damage the latex.
- Store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight, heat sources and moisture.
