Given that the liver performs intensive metabolic processes and regeneration during the night, I recommend taking part of the daily dose with your evening meal. Artichoke and dandelion extracts can mildly stimulate intestinal activity and bile acid secretion, which significantly facilitates the digestion of heavy and fatty foods.
