Order and directions for use

1. Wet the body with warm or lukewarm water.
2. Dispense a small amount of foaming shower gel into the palm.
3. Allow it to transform into rich foam on contact with water.
4. Spread gently over the body and rinse thoroughly.
5. Once or twice weekly, apply the scrub to damp skin.
6. Massage using gentle circular movements without pressing the salt crystals firmly.
7. Concentrate on the elbows, knees, lower legs and other rough areas.
8. Rinse thoroughly and carefully clean any slippery shower or bath surface.
9. Pat the skin dry with a towel.
10. Apply the cream to clean, dry or slightly damp body skin.
11. Massage using circular movements until evenly absorbed.

Pharmacist advice

Only a small amount of foam is needed because the gel expands considerably on contact with water. Using more product does not cleanse better and only increases exposure to fragrance ingredients.

Use the salt scrub once weekly and no more than twice weekly when well tolerated. Massage gently without pressing the salt crystals firmly into the skin.

Do not use the scrub on freshly shaved, waxed, cracked or irritated skin. Salt and fragrance may cause pronounced stinging on compromised areas.

Apply the body cream shortly after showering while the skin is still slightly damp. The emollient ingredients can then help reduce moisture loss more effectively.

Do not introduce all three products on the same day when skin is highly sensitive or reactive. Introduce them separately to make intolerance easier to identify.
