This medicine has been prescribed for you, and you may not pass it on to others. It can harm them, even when they have the same signs of disease as well as You. WHAT IS THE MEDICINE RINASEK AND WHAT HE'S SUPPOSED TO DO.
Rinasek contains the active substance triprolidin and pseudoephedrine. Triprolidin belongs to a group of medications called antihistamines. Antihistamines are used to treat allergies and reduce allergy symptoms, such as sneezing, secretion from the nose and tearing eyes. Pseudoephedrine belongs to a group of drugs called adrenomimetici, narrows the blood vessels in the nasal lining up and thus leads to a decrease in swelling of the mucous membrane in the nose and nasal passes.

LekRinasek is used for:
-Allergic rhinitis (inflammation of the mucous membrane in the nose caused by allergies)
-Vasomotor rhinitis (inflammation of the mucous membrane in the nose nealergijske nature)
-Cold (cold)

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE YOU TAKE RINASEK MEDICINE?
Alert the doctor if you are taking other medications, have a chronic disease, a metabolic disorder, you are too sensitive to medications or have had an allergic reaction to some of them.

Drug RINASEKne may not be used:
-If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to the triprolidin and pseudoephedrine or other ingredients in the weight (see "Content of extra substances")
-If you have severe hypertension (high blood pressure) or severe koronamu heart disease (angina pectoris, myocardial heart)
-If you are taking or have in the past two weeks were taking medication for treatment-her depression, such as monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAO)
-If you are taking medicine furazolidone (antiinfektivni drug)
-If you are in therapy to other adrenomimeticima
-If you have a rare hereditary disease of intolerance to fructose, bad absorption of glucose-galaktoznu or saharozno-izomaltaznu insufficiency

When you are taking the medicine RINASEK, especially note if:
-Be sure to alert your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking other medications, have a chronic disease, or have had an allergic reaction to some medication.

Alert Your doctor or pharmacist if:

-You have a disease of the heart and blood vessels (including high blood pressure)
-you suffer from diabetes

-You have glaucoma (an eye disease that is characterized by elevated pressure in the eye)
-You have an enlarged prostate
-you suffer from epilepsy

Application of other drugs:
-Keep in mind that this information can apply to medicines that you no longer drink, as well as the medications that you plan to take in the future. Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other medication, including medicine being purchased without medical prescription.

Notify Your doctor if you are taking:
-Alcoholic beverages (see "drug Rinasek with food or beverages") or medicines that may cause drowsiness
-Antiholinergičke drugs (such as atropine or certain medications to treat lung disease or Parkinson's disease). Rinasek can amplify the effects of these drugs, which can lead to occurrence of tachycardia (rapid heart rate), suvoće mouth, disorders of the digestive system, the size, urinating and headaches
-Triciklične oxidase inhibitors or antidepressants (drugs for the treatment of depression), other sympathomimetic agents (such as decongestants, medications to reduce appetite and amfetaminu similar uppers), furazolidone (medicine for treating infection caused by certain bacteria and protozoama). With their simultaneous application with the cure Rinasek may increase blood pressure
-Drugs for the treatment of heart disease and high blood pressure (such as bretilium, betanidin, gvanetidin, debrisokvin, metildopa, Alpha and beta adrenergic blockers). Rinasek can reduce their effects

Taking the medicine RINASEKsa food or beverages:
During treatment Rinasek drug should not take alcoholic beverages. Alcohol increases the effects of the medicine Rinasek on reducing attention and response capabilities.

Application of drug RINASEKu the period of pregnancy and breastfeeding:
-before you are taking any medication, consult with your doctor or pharmacist
-If you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or if you are breastfeeding, contact your physician or to the pharmacist
-You must not take medicine Rinasek during pregnancy, without the advice of your physician
-Rinasek Medicine in small amounts excreted in human breast milk
-It is recommended to apply the drug Rinasek during breastfeeding

The influence of the drug RINASEK in the management of a motor vehicle and handling machines:
-Rinasek belongs to a group of drugs that can affect the psychophysical abilities.
-If in the course of treatment drug Rinasek feel drowsiness or decreased attention and concentration, does not need to operate a motor vehicle or handling machinery. Avoid application of aikoholnih drinks and other drugs that can cause sleepiness, because in this case increases the likelihood of these adverse effects.

Important information about some of the ingredients of the drug RINASEK:
-Rinasek syrup contains sucrose. In the case of some sugars, contact your doctor before using this cure at all.

HOW TO USE THE MEDICINE RINASEK?
-Rinasek syrup is intended for oral application. Drug Rinasek should not use for longer than 7 days
-If your symptoms get worse or if it does not get better after 2-3 day, you must contact your doctor
-Adults and children older than 12 years old: 10 ml (2 small tablespoons) for 4-6 hours, maximum of 4 times a day
-pseudoephedrine total daily dose should not exceed 240mg
-Children from 6 to 12 years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) for 4-6 hours, maximum of 4 times a day
-pseudoephedrine total daily dose should not exceed 120 mg

Before applying the medicine Rinasek at children younger than 6 years old, consult your doctor.
Children from 2 to 5 years: 2, 5 ml (small 1/2 tablespoons) for 4-6 hours, most times of the day.
Total daily dose of pseudoephedrine should not exceed 60 mg.
Children younger than 2 years: we do not recommend applying Rinasek syrup in children younger than 2 years.

Seniors:
-are not conducted special studies of the application of Rinasek tablet in the elderly. In older people is effective showed the usual dose for adults, with monitoring of renal function and/or the liver. Caution is necessary in case of severe kidney damage and/or liver failure.

If you take more medicine than it should have RINASEK:
-If you have taken a large amount of syrup than what is recommended (OD) or someone else take Your medicine, talk to Your doctor, to the pharmacist or to the nearest medical facility.
If you forget to take the medication RINASEK:
-never take a double dose of supply that you skip to take the cure.
-If you skip to take medication, take it as soon as possible (the last dose of medication should be taken at least 4 hours in advance). However, if the time for taking the next dose, resume taking the medication according to the recommended mode.

If you suddenly stop taking medication RINASEK:
-You will not experience any change if you suddenly stop taking the medicine.

POSSIBLE UNWANTED EFFECTS
-like all medicines, and drug Rinasek may have unwanted effects in some patients. Unwanted effects are rare and generally mild and do not require discontinuation of treatment
-in children and sometimes adults can Rinasek to stimulating the central nervous system, which can result in the emergence of anxiety, insomnia, nervousness, hallucinations (common to feel, see or hear things that aren't really there), elevated temperature, chills and cramps
-Occasional hives may occur with or without irritation, tachycardia (accelerated heart work), suvoće mouth, nose and neck, and headache
-Occasionally there may be urinating in men, especially for those with prostate hypertrophy (enlarged prostate)
  If you notice any symptoms that might be adverse reactions to the drug Rinasek, and are not mentioned in the manual, please tell Your doctor or pharmacist

HOW TO STORE MEDICINE RINASEK?
-Keep out of reach and sight of children.
-store up to 25 ° c. Drug store in the original package, in order to protect from light.
-After first opening the medicine can be used for 20 days if stored at a temperature up to 25 ° C in the original package.

Shelf life:
-3 (three) years.
-do not use the drug Rinasek after expiration date indicated on the package.
-shelf life expires on the last day of the specified month.

Packaging: 100 ml

Save:
-Unused medicine will be destroyed in accordance with the applicable regulations.
-Medicines should not be disposed of via sewer, or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to remove medicines that you no longer need. These measures are helping preserve the environment.

What contains the cure RINASEK?
