PHYTOLAX TEA is an anti-constipation tea.

Medicinal herbs included in this tea mixture contain mucus, flavonoids, anthraquinone glycosides: frangulin and senosides A and B, essential oils (rich in menthol and anethole). The active ingredients of medicinal herbs have a beneficial effect on the acceleration of intestinal transit by stimulating intestinal peristalsis and increasing the volume of intestinal contents due to their hydrophilic properties. Also, they have a beneficial effect on facilitating digestion, eliminating gas, relieving spasms, lining the intestinal mucosa in case of inflammation or irritation.

How do I know if I have a problem with digestion?

It would be ideal if 12 or at most 48 hours pass from taking food to having a bowel movement. Our body gets rid of poisons and unnecessary unprocessed substances by sending them to the intestines, which are supposed to flush the waste out. But if you suffer from constipation, metabolic waste remains in the intestines, intestinal flora is disturbed, and accumulated toxins reach all organs via the blood. Deviation from the specified digestion interval can be a signal of a problem.

Why is it important to have good digestion?

Daily bowel movements are one of the foundations of our good health, and constipation, however, impairs the health of the entire organism. If the intestines are not emptied regularly, hemorrhoids, flatulence, stomach pains occur, gases accumulate in the intestines along with toxins, followed by headaches and malaise. So be aware of the danger and react in time. Constipation most often occurs as a result of a low-fiber diet and excessive consumption of dairy products, especially fatty cheeses, followed by meat, eggs, cured meat products, i.e. food that slows down the digestion process. Some studies warn that even chocolate in large quantities can cause the disorder. Prolonged sitting, insufficient physical activity, poor stool retention habits, and some medications certainly contribute to the occurrence of constipation.

Constipation is not a harmless phenomenon - PHYTOLAX tea offers a solution from nature, but also know this:

First of all, change your lifestyle. Eat as much fresh fruit and vegetables as possible, then cooked food and make your meals smaller and more frequent. Drink 2 liters of water a day to prevent dehydration. Move, exercise. Do not delay having a bowel movement when you feel the urge. If all this does not help, seek the advice of a doctor. Do not use synthetic laxatives on your own, especially not for a long period of time, as laxative abuse can become addictive, meaning your bowels will not function properly without them.

The use of Phytolax tea is recommended:

in case of occasional constipation, 2-3 times a week, to regulate the stool.

Restrictions on use:

Phytolax tea is not recommended for pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under 12 years of age.

Side effects and/or drug interactions:

Use in ileus is contraindicated.

How to prepare and use tea:

Pour a tablespoon of tea with 250 ml of cold water. Cover the pot and heat until boiling. Let it stand for half an hour and strain. Drink a cup of tea before going to bed.
