Who is the product intended for?

Adults and children over two years of age in whom live head lice have been found. It is intended only for head-lice infestation and must not be used for pubic or body lice. Examine all household members, but treat only people in whom live lice are confirmed.

Important information and warnings

• For external use on the hair and scalp only.
• Do not use in children under two years of age.
• Do not apply to severely irritated, injured or infected scalp skin.
• Do not use in case of allergy to fragrance or another ingredient.
• Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, nose and other mucous membranes.
• If the product enters the eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
• Do not swallow or inhale the product.
• Do not cover the hair with a cap, plastic film, towel or another occlusive covering.
• Observe the recommended treatment time and rinse thoroughly.
• Stop treatment and wash the hair with ordinary shampoo if rash, pronounced redness, stinging or hypersensitivity develops.
• Itching, flaking, irritation or redness of the scalp, neck, ears or eye area may occur.
• Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
• Flammable product: keep treated hair away from cigarettes, candles, naked flames, fireplaces, heaters, hairdryers and hot objects.
• Do not use a hairdryer until the product has been rinsed completely from the hair.
• Clean spills immediately with soap and warm water because surfaces may become slippery.
• Store in a dry place, protected from light, at 15°C to 25°C and keep out of the reach of children.

The most common causes of treatment failure are insufficient shampoo, incomplete scalp coverage and inadequate combing. Long or thick hair requires more product. After rinsing, divide the hair into very small sections and comb each section from the roots. Examine all household members on the same day, but treat only those in whom live lice are found. LPF protection for up to 72 hours cannot prevent every new infestation after close contact with an untreated person.

Check the hair again after seven days and repeat treatment if live lice are found.

Does the 72-hour protection prevent every new infestation?
No. LPF technology reduces the possibility of re-infestation but cannot completely prevent transmission after close contact.

How many applications does the pack provide?
The 200 ml pack may provide up to eight applications, depending on hair length and thickness.
