Papilocare Vaginal Gel 7 × 5 ml is a hormone-free medical device for local vaginal use in women with a confirmed HPV infection, with or without ASCUS or LSIL changes, and when repair and re-epithelialisation of the cervical and vaginal mucosa are required.
The gel forms a protective mucoadhesive film over the cervicovaginal mucosa. It supports the natural epithelial barrier, the restoration of damaged mucosa and the conditions required for the natural healing process.
Papilocare is used as supportive local care for HPV-related changes. It may also help relieve dryness, burning, itching and discomfort associated with irritation or damage to the cervicovaginal mucosa.
The patented hormone-free formula combines seven bio-optimised ingredients: hyaluronic acid and beta-glucan niosomes, Centella asiatica phytosomes, BioEcolia® prebiotic, Aloe vera, Coriolus versicolor extract and neem extract.
The product is intended for women aged 18 years and over after diagnosis and with regular gynaecological follow-up. It does not replace cervical screening, HPV testing, colposcopy, biopsy, vaccination or treatment recommended by a doctor.

Recommended application schedule

- A break during menstruation is recommended mainly for comfort and practicality.
- The complete recommended course lasts six months and may be extended by a doctor.
- The seven-applicator pack provides seven applications and is not a complete six-month course.
How to apply
- Wash your hands before opening the single-dose applicator.
- Apply the gel in the evening immediately before going to bed.
- Lie on your back and gently insert the applicator deeply into the vagina.
- Press the applicator to release the gel.
- Remove it while continuing to press so that the administered gel is not drawn back into the applicator.
- Remain lying down after application and do not rinse the vagina.
- Dispose of the applicator immediately after use.
- Do not reuse or share the single-dose applicator.
Each single-dose cannula contains 5 ml. The applicator is designed to release approximately 3 ml, the dose required to cover the cervicovaginal mucosa. A small amount remaining inside the applicator does not indicate incorrect use.

The seven-applicator pack provides only seven individual applications. A longer regimen requires additional packs, but the duration should not be determined without medical advice.
Apply the gel immediately before bed and remain lying down afterwards. Minor leakage is possible, so a thin panty liner may be used when needed.
Do not use Papilocare and another intravaginal product at the same time unless your gynaecologist has provided a clear schedule.
Papilocare does not replace HPV vaccination. Vaccination does not treat an existing infection but may protect against HPV types to which a person has not previously been exposed.
Bleeding between periods, bleeding after intercourse, pelvic pain, unpleasant odour or unusual discharge require gynaecological assessment.
