Glucosamine is provided as glucosamine sulfate 2KCl. One serving contains 1,000 mg glucosamine sulfate, providing 590 mg glucosamine.

The formula also provides 400 mg chondroitin sulfate, corresponding to 360 mg chondroitin, together with 600 mg methylsulfonylmethane (MSM).
