OstroVit Cod Liver Oil 60 Capsules is a dietary supplement based on Atlantic cod liver oil, a natural source of omega-3 fatty acids, additionally enriched with vitamins A and D. Each softgel provides 500 mg of cod liver oil in a convenient once-daily format.

One capsule provides 110 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, including 40 mg EPA and 50 mg DHA, together with 215 µg of vitamin A and 3 µg of vitamin D. Vitamin A contributes to normal immune-system function and the maintenance of normal vision, skin and mucous membranes, while vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function.

Cod liver oil is obtained from cod liver and naturally contains different fatty acids. One OstroVit Cod Liver Oil capsule provides a total of 110 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, including EPA and DHA.

Vitamin A contributes to normal iron metabolism, maintenance of normal skin, mucous membranes and vision, normal immune-system function and has a role in the process of cell specialisation.

Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, maintenance of normal bones and teeth, normal muscle and immune-system function and has a role in the process of cell division.
