OstroVit Beta-Alanine SHOT Cherry-Lemon-Lime, 80 ml is a liquid food supplement providing beta-alanine for physically active adults. One recommended 20 ml serving provides 800 mg of beta-alanine, while the complete 80 ml bottle contains four individual servings.

Beta-alanine is an amino acid that, together with histidine, acts as a precursor for carnosine. The convenient liquid format provides a precisely measured serving without the need to mix powder or swallow tablets.

Tingling after beta-alanine

Beta-alanine may cause temporary tingling, warmth, itching or numbness of the skin in some people, known as paraesthesia. The manufacturer specifically warns that a single dose above 800 mg may increase the likelihood of this effect, which is why the servings are divided.

Important information

Do not exceed three servings daily.
Leave at least three hours between servings.
Do not use if allergic to any ingredient.
Do not combine with alcohol.
Not intended for children, pregnant women or breastfeeding women.
A food supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet.
If combining with a pre-workout product, check whether it already contains beta-alanine.
Do not freeze and protect from direct sunlight.

With this product it is particularly important to distinguish between an individual serving and the total bottle contents. One serving is only 20 ml and provides 800 mg beta-alanine. The full 80 ml bottle should not be consumed at once.

Temporary tingling can occur with beta-alanine and is related particularly to the amount taken at one time. Following the divided-serving schedule helps limit unnecessarily large single doses.

If you already use a pre-workout formula, check its ingredients first, as beta-alanine is commonly included in multi-ingredient sports supplements.

For goods ordered up to 5.000,00 RSD, delivery charge is 260.00 RSD (VAT included). For goods over 5.000,00 RSD, shipping is free of charge.
