Chromium is an essential mineral, which belongs to microelements because it is found in a small amount in the body and is necessary for the normal functioning of the human body.

Chromium stimulates the activity of enzymes involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, cholesterol and proteins. The most important role of chromium is in improving insulin action (increasing the number and sensitivity of insulin receptors) and maintaining normal blood sugar levels. The active form of trivalent chromium in the human body, which plays a significant role in the regulation of blood glucose levels, is a complex organic complex - GTF (Glucose Tolerance Factor). In addition to trivalent chromium, the glucose tolerance factor includes vitamin B3 and glutathione. Research shows that chromium can increase HDL (good) cholesterol levels while possibly reducing total cholesterol and the risk of cardiovascular disease. Chromium also has a beneficial effect on reducing body weight and increasing muscle mass.

Other ingredients:

Way of use:

Diabetics and potential diabetics: 2 times a day, in the morning and in the evening, 2 capsules each, before meals.

The duration of use is at least 4 weeks, often 8 weeks, and most often more than 8 weeks depending on the state of glycoregulation, i.e. insulin resistance. The maintenance dose is 2 capsules per day.

Obese people, athletes, heart patients and people with inadequate nutrition: 2 times a day, in the morning and in the evening, 1 capsule each, before meals.

Length of use at least 4 weeks. It can be taken for a long time.
