Nutriversum Iron Liposomal 15 mg – 30 tablets is a food supplement containing iron in the Liposovit®–Fe complex, combined with vitamin C, vitamin B6 and folic acid. One tablet, which represents the recommended daily serving, provides 15 mg of iron, equivalent to 107% of the Nutrient Reference Value for adults.

The iron in the Liposovit®–Fe ingredient is present as ferrous bisglycinate in a complex containing sunflower lecithin. The formula is additionally enriched with 35 mg vitamin C, 1.3 mg vitamin B6 and 200 µg folic acid. One package contains 30 tablets, equivalent to 30 recommended daily servings.

Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, normal oxygen transport in the body, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal immune-system function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C increases iron absorption, while vitamin B6 and folate participate in numerous physiological processes related to blood formation, metabolism and normal body function.

Ingredients: Liposovit®–Fe [maltodextrin, ferrous bisglycinate, humectant (glycerol), emulsifier (sunflower lecithin)], bulking agent (cellulose), L-ascorbic acid, anti-caking agents (calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), pyridoxine hydrochloride, pteroylmonoglutamic acid.

Directions for use: take 1 tablet daily with one of your meals and plenty of liquid.

Package: 30 tablets. Recommended daily serving: 1 tablet. One package provides 30 recommended daily servings.
