Nolpase is a medicine that contains the active substance pantoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor that reduces the secretion of stomach acid. It is used to treat various conditions associated with excessive acid secretion, such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), stomach and duodenal ulcers, and to prevent ulcers in patients using nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
Nolpase is usually taken orally in the form of gastro-resistant tablets. The recommended dose for adults is 20 mg or 40 mg per day, depending on the condition being treated. The medicine should be taken before a meal, swallow the whole tablet with a little water, without chewing or breaking it. The duration of therapy depends on the specific condition and the doctor's recommendations.
Like all medicines, Nolpaza can cause side effects. The most common include headache, nausea, stomach pain, diarrhea or constipation. Less commonly, more serious side effects may occur, such as allergic reactions, liver or kidney problems, or a decrease in magnesium levels in the blood.
Nolpase is not recommended for people who are allergic to pantoprazole or any of the excipients. Also, it should be used with caution in people with liver or kidney damage, as well as in pregnant and lactating women, only if the doctor considers that the benefit is greater than the possible risk.
The medicine should be stored at a temperature of up to 25°C, in the original packaging, protected from light and moisture. Keep the medicine out of the reach and sight of children.

For export of goods abroad through DHL service, the shipping price is 2,700.00 RSD. Delivery time is 1-5 business days (depending on the country of delivery)
Shipping cost is with tax. The price includes the delivery of the parcel to the buyer's address with the associated tax and customs at the seller's expense. A possible additional cost may be a customs charge against the buyer, depending on the country to which the package is being shipped.
