Nirypan is a medicine containing methylprednisolone, a synthetic corticosteroid used to treat various inflammatory and autoimmune conditions. It is available in Serbia in the form of tablets and powder for injections, and it is produced by the company Jugoremedija from Zrenjanin.
Nirypan tablets contain methylprednisolone in doses of 4 mg and 8 mg. A pack of 20 tablets of 4 mg costs around RSD 140.60, while a pack of 20 tablets of 8 mg costs around RSD 323.00. These tablets are used to treat conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus erythematosus, allergic reactions and other inflammatory diseases. The dose is adjusted individually, depending on the specific disease and the patient's response to therapy.
Nirypan Solubile is a drug form intended for intravenous or intramuscular administration. It contains methylprednisolone sodium succinate and comes in packs containing 15 ampoules of powder (20 mg or 40 mg per ampoule) and 15 ampoules of solvent (1 ml water for injections). This form of the drug is used in a hospital setting to treat severe inflammatory and autoimmune conditions, such as acute allergic reactions, multiple sclerosis, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, brain edema, and post-organ transplant conditions. The dose is adjusted according to the severity of the condition and the patient's response to therapy, and the application is carried out under the strict supervision of a doctor.
Nirypan is not included in the positive list of medicines, which means that it is not financed from the funds of compulsory health insurance in Serbia. Availability of the drug may be limited, and patients are advised to consult a physician or pharmacist regarding its acquisition and use.

Shipping cost is with tax. The price includes the delivery of the parcel to the buyer's address with the associated tax and customs at the seller's expense. A possible additional cost may be a customs charge against the buyer, depending on the country to which the package is being shipped.
