Nipidin is a drug containing the active substance nifedipine, which belongs to the group of calcium channel blockers. It is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) and angina pectoris (chest pain caused by reduced blood flow through the heart). Nifedipine works by blocking the entry of calcium ions into the cells of the heart and blood vessels, which causes the blood vessels to relax, lower blood pressure, and reduce the heart's need for oxygen.
Nipidin is usually administered as an extended-release tablet. The standard dose for adults is 20 mg twice a day, and the maximum recommended dose is 40 mg twice a day. The medicine is taken with a meal or immediately after a meal, in order to reduce the risk of side effects.
Like all medicines, Nipidin can cause side effects. The most common side effects include headache, facial flushing, fast heart rate (palpitations), swelling of the ankles, nausea and fatigue. These side effects are usually mild and transient. However, if you notice more serious side effects or if your symptoms worsen, contact your doctor.
Nipidin should not be used in people with cardiogenic shock, aortic stenosis, hypersensitivity to nifedipine or other calcium channel blockers, as well as during pregnancy and breastfeeding, unless the doctor judges that the use of the drug is necessary.
Before you start using Nipidin, tell your doctor if you have problems with the liver, kidneys, low blood pressure or if you are taking other medicines, especially beta-blockers, digoxin or medicines that affect the metabolism of nifedipine.

For goods ordered up to 5.000,00 RSD, delivery charge is 260.00 RSD (VAT included). For goods over 5.000,00 RSD, shipping is free of charge.

For the export of goods abroad through the PostExport service of Post of Serbia, the shipping price is for:

For export of goods abroad through DHL service, the shipping price is 2,700.00 RSD. Delivery time is 1-5 business days (depending on the country of delivery)
Shipping cost is with tax. The price includes the delivery of the parcel to the buyer's address with the associated tax and customs at the seller's expense. A possible additional cost may be a customs charge against the buyer, depending on the country to which the package is being shipped.
