Nimulid MD is a drug containing the active substance nimesulide, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to relieve pain and reduce inflammation. It is available in the form of orally dispersible tablets of 100 mg, which are not swallowed, but dissolve in the mouth.
Application method and dosage:
The recommended dose for adults is one tablet (100 mg) twice a day, with a meal. The maximum duration of therapy is 15 days. The drug must not be used for longer than the recommended period due to potential risks for the liver and cardiovascular system.
Contraindications:
Nimulid MD is contraindicated in people with hypersensitivity to nimesulide or any auxiliary substance of the drug, as well as in patients with impaired liver or kidney function, stomach or duodenal ulcer, bleeding from the digestive system, blood clotting disorder, heart disease, pregnancy (especially in the third trimester) and breastfeeding. Also, it is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
Possible side effects:
Like all medicines, Nimulid MD can cause side effects. The most common include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and elevated liver enzymes. Dizziness, increased blood pressure, constipation, rash, itching, swelling, anemia, increase in the number of eosinophils in the blood, allergic reactions, tachycardia, difficulty breathing, gastritis, stomatitis, jaundice, hepatitis, visual disturbances, bronchospasm, decrease in the number of platelets, bleeding in the digestive tract, exacerbation of colitis and Crohn's disease, severe skin problems (such as erythema multiforme, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis) may occur less often. and a decrease in the number of white blood cells.

For the export of goods abroad through the PostExport service of Post of Serbia, the shipping price is for:

For export of goods abroad through DHL service, the shipping price is 2,700.00 RSD. Delivery time is 1-5 business days (depending on the country of delivery)
Shipping cost is with tax. The price includes the delivery of the parcel to the buyer's address with the associated tax and customs at the seller's expense. A possible additional cost may be a customs charge against the buyer, depending on the country to which the package is being shipped.
