What is cure nasic ® and what is intended
-This medicine is a nasal spray, solution.
-Cure nasic ® contains two active substances: ksilometazolin (as ksilometazolin hidrohlori-) and dekspantenol. Ksilometazolin narrows the blood vessels of the mucous membrane in the nose, leading to a reduction in the swelling of the mucous membrane in the nose. The consequence of this effect is a reduced sense of zapušenosti nose and better elimination of secretions from the nose. Dekspantenol is a derivative of Pantothenic acid, vitamin, which accelerates the healing of wounds and that protects mucous membranes.

Nasic ® medication is used for:
-Reducing the sense of zapušenosti nose (nasal nasal) during inflammation of the mucous membrane in the nose (rhinitis), improving healing damage mucous membranes, to relieve inflammation of the mucous membrane in the nose type nealergijskog (vazomotornog rhinitis) and treatment of defective breathing in my face after a nose job.

Cure nasic ® is designed for you and children older than 12 years.

What you should know before you take the medicine nasic ®:
Cure nasic ® must not be used:
-If you are hypersensitive (allergic) to ksilometazolin-hydrochloride or dekspantenol or any of the ingredients in medicine Nasic ®
-If you have a dry inflamaciju (inflammation) of the mucous membrane in the nose with krasticama (rhinitis sicca)
-If you are hypersensitive (allergic) to benzalkonium chloride, preservative this drug
-in babies and children younger than 12 years

When you are taking the medicine Nasic ®, particularly note:
-If you are taking inhibitors receiving oxidase (MAO inhibitors), or other medication which can cause increases in blood pressure values
-If you have elevated intraocular pressure, especially in closed-angle glaucoma
-If you have a hard heart disease and the blood vessels (e.g. coronary heart disease, high blood pressure (hypertension)
-If you have a tumor core adrenal gland (pheochromocytoma) and
-If you have metabolic disorders (e.g., increased activity of the thyroid gland (hipertireoidi-zam), diabetes (diabetes mellitus)

Children:
Long-term use or taking higher doses of the predicted should be avoided, especially in children.
The use of larger doses must be under strict medical supervision.
Cure Nasic ® contains a concentration of the drug which is intended for adults and children older than 12 years old, so is not suitable for babies and children under the age of 12 years. Spray volume is less available for younger children.

Application of other drugs:
-Please inform your doctor if you are taking or have recently taken/used any other medicine, including the one you purchase without a prescription.
-at the same time taking medicine Nasic ® with certain drugs that improve mood (MAO inhibitors of type tranilcipromin or tricikličnih antidepressants) can, due to the effect on cardiovascular function, cause an increase in blood pressure.

Taking medicine nasic ® with food or beverages:
Has no effect.

Application of cure nasic ® during pregnancy and breastfeeding:
-Cure nasic ® should not be used by pregnant women, because there are no adequate studies of the impact of this drug on the development of the fetus.
-Cure nasic ® should not be used by breastfeeding women, because it is not known whether ksilometazolin-hydrochloride is excreted in breast milk.
-Impact medicine nasic ® for managing motor vehicles and handling machines

Influence of prolonged use or use larger doses of medication nasic ® than recommended on the functions of the heart and blood vessels and the nervous system cannot turn it off. Important information about some of the ingredients of the drug nasic ®:
Cure nasic ® contains benzalkonium chloride and therefore should not be used in people who are just oversensitive (allergic) to this preservative.

How to use medicine nasic ®:
Always use nasic ® exactly as described in this manual. Check with your doctor if you are unsure.

Method of application:
-For nasal use.

Dosage and use:

-Remove the longer protective cover with pump for filling. Unscrew the CAP with glass bottles and screw pump for filling the glass bottle. After that, remove the protective cover from the pump for filling. Before first use, spray, press the pump for filling down several times in the air, until the appearance of small, uniformly dispersed particles.

-Pull the nose in each nostril as possible and press pump for filling one lightly, breathing through the nose. Repeat this procedure with the other nozdrvom. After use wipe the nose and back protective cover. When you prepare a bottle for the first giving, each following the injection will be easy.

-If a doctor does not determine otherwise, adults and children older than 12 years should receive a drug application Nasic ® in each nostril, up to three times a day if necessary, hold the bottle upright and breathing through the nose during injection spray. Dosage depends on individual sensitivity and clinical response.
-do not use nasic ® for more than 5 days, except if that advice a doctor or dentist. You should always consult a doctor about the duration of treatment in children.
-Extended and too frequent use of medication Nasic ® can lead to chronic swelling and possibly istanjenosti (atrophy) of the mucous membrane in the nose,
-Patients with elevated intraokularnim pressure (glaucoma), especially with so-called closed-angle glaucoma, need to be posavetuju with a doctor before using medicine nasic ®.
-If you have the impression that the drug seems too strong or too weak, tell that to your physician or to the pharmacist.

If you take more medicine nasic ® than it should have:
In case of taking higher amounts of medication nasic's than it was supposed to, or input the quantity zadesnog night cure nasic's * in your mouth, the following symptoms may occur: very dilated pupils (midrijaza), nausea, vomiting, prebojene blue lips (cyanosis), fever, seizures, disorders of the heart and blood vessels (rapid heartbeat, disruption of normal heart rhythms, a transient disorder of circulation which causes a drop in blood pressure leading to collapse (circulatory collapse), abnormal lung function (pulmonary edema, breathing disorder) and mental disorders. You can be and sleepy, have: lower body temperature, slow heart rate (bradycardia), drop in blood pressure like shock, stopping breathing and coma.

If you forget to take the medicine nasic ®:
Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed a single dose, than continue therapy as described in instructions for filling.

Possible unwanted effects:Like all medications and nasic ® may cause unwanted effects, although not everybody experience.
Unwanted effects are listed according to how often a particular next Convention:
-Very often (> 1/10)

-Occasionally (1/1000 < 1/100 > to)
-Rare (> 1/10000 to 1/1000)
-Very rarely (< 1/10000) including isolated cases.

Rarely or occasionally:
Effects on the heart and circulatory system, such as palpitations, rapid heart rate and blood pressure increase. Rarely or very rarely:
Headache, insomnia, or the feeling of fatigue.

Very rare:
Cure nasic ® may result in transient, mild irritation (a feeling of burning or suvoća of the mucous membrane in the nose), especially in sensitive patients.

Very rare or in isolated slučaievima:
When the drug wears off, you may experience increased congestion (Islands) of the mucous membrane in the nose (reactive hyperaemia).

Prolonged or too frequent use of medication nasic ®, as well as the use of higher doses than recommended, can lead to irritation (burning feeling or suvoća membranes of your nose) and increased swelling of mucous membranes, worsening conditions due to the increased use of the drug. How to store medicine Nasic ®:
-There are no special requirements for storage.

The active substances are: ksilometazolin-hydrochloride and dekspantenol.
1 ml of solution contains 1 mg ksilometazolin-hydrochloride 50 mg and dekspantenola.
One application of 0, 1 ml of solution contains 0, 1 mg ksilometazolin-hydrochloride and 5, 0 mg dekspantenola.
