Mustela Stelatopia Cleansing Gel (200ml) is a specially formulated syndet (soap-free gel) intended for the daily hygiene of the face and body of babies, children, and adults with extremely dry skin and skin prone to atopic dermatitis (eczema). From the first day of birth, this gel gently cleanses, protects, and instantly relieves the sensation of tightness, itching, and discomfort during bathing.

Its innovative, biodegradable formula is based on patented natural ingredients. Sunflower Oil Distillate intensively soothes the skin and replenishes protective lipids, while Avocado Perseose® preserves cellular richness and strengthens the weakened skin barrier.
