LEO Pharma is a Danish pharmaceutical company founded in 1908, with headquarters in Ballervup, near Copenhagen. The company is fully owned by the LEO Foundation, one of the largest commercial foundations in Denmark, which ensures its long-term development and success.
LEO Pharma focuses on the development and production of medicines for dermatological diseases, including psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, acne and skin infections. The company is also researching and treating rare skin diseases, with the goal of launching at least one drug to treat severe rare skin diseases by 2025.
