Founded in 1996, KORRES was created by pharmacist Giorgos Korres and co-founder Lena. Using the power of wonderfully natural ingredients, the KORRES brand is inspired by the warmth and soul of the people of its homeland: Greece.

Inspired by homeopathic remedies, formulated with innovative technology

Giorgos started working in the oldest Greek herbal homeopathic pharmacy in Greece while studying at the School of Pharmacy of the University of Athens. Taking over the pharmacy in 1992, Giorgos created a unique laboratory specifically for the production of homeopathic medicines. He has developed a deep understanding of the beautiful natural ingredients and their application in over 3000 herbal remedies. Together with Lena, who joined the company fresh from university where she qualified as a chemical engineer, the couple soon saw people from all over Athens and Greece visiting the pharmacy.

The first KORRES skin care product was a wild rose moisturizer created from the most popular drugstore skin remedy, wild rose oil. Praised for its ability to help improve skin discoloration and deliver a radiant, healthy complexion, the Wild Rose Skincare Collection remains a global bestseller to this day.
