The story of Farma Flora begins in the 1930s, before the Second World War, in the vicinity of today's Rooseveltova Street in Belgrade. A married couple of doctors, guided by the motive that there is medicine in nature, you just have to find it, started the production of herbal teas with the aim of bringing medicinal plants and their effectiveness closer to people. Their work quickly became recognizable, and over time it was confirmed through cooperation with the academician and creator of the first pharmacognosy textbook at the Faculty of Pharmacy in Belgrade, Mr. Jovan Tucakov and his associate, a graduate pharmacist in pharmacognosy, Mrs. Biljana Martinović. Over 80% of our herbs pass organic standards, it is expected that in 2 years the entire production will be organically certified. Our team consists of pharmacists, scouts, professionally trained pickers, support staff, all focused on collecting and processing over 90 types of medicinal plants, which are used to make over 120 different products. We have remained consistent with the first vision of the company: THERE IS A MEDICINE IN NATURE, YOU JUST NEED TO FIND IT.
