Q10 EPA 3-in-1 capsules are a food supplement for adults combining coenzyme Q10, fish oil with the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, and vitamin E in one capsule.
Each capsule contains 30 mg of coenzyme Q10, 1000 mg of fish oil standardised to 18% EPA and 12% DHA, and 10 mg of vitamin E. This provides 180 mg of EPA and 120 mg of DHA, or a total of 300 mg of EPA and DHA in the recommended daily serving.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
