Ducray Kelual DS Cream 40ml is a specialized dermocosmetic treatment designed for irritated skin with localized redness and scaling (scales). It is formulated to specifically target the symptoms of seborrheic dermatitis on the face – around the nose, eyebrows, and the hairline. Thanks to its patented ingredients, the cream effectively removes scales and soothes intense itching.

Ducray Kelual DS Cream 40ml addresses all four key factors of seborrheic dermatitis: it regulates sebum overproduction, inhibits fungal colonization (Malassezia), reduces inflammation, and eliminates skin flaking. After just one week of use, redness is visibly reduced, and the skin becomes smooth and calm. It can be used alone or in combination with Kelual DS shampoo for severe scalp flaking.

Composition and Action:

Keluamid® (5%) – a registered patent that mechanically breaks down and gently removes scales from the skin's surface.
Piroctone Olamine (0.5%) – a potent antifungal agent that suppresses fungal growth.
Guanidine Glycolate (3%) – a kerato-regulating ingredient that prevents the re-formation of scales.
Sabal (0.3%) – a natural extract that reduces excessive oil secretion (seborrhea).
Crotamiton (1%) – provides immediate relief from itching and skin discomfort.

For goods ordered up to 5.000,00 RSD, delivery charge is 260.00 RSD (VAT included). For goods over 5.000,00 RSD, shipping is free of charge.

Delivery time is 15 days or more (depending on the country of delivery)

For export of goods abroad through DHL service, the shipping price is 2,700.00 RSD. Delivery time is 1-5 business days (depending on the country of delivery)

Shipping cost is with tax. The price includes the delivery of the parcel to the buyer's address with the associated tax and customs at the seller's expense. A possible additional cost may be a customs charge against the buyer, depending on the country to which the package is being shipped.
