DIETPHARM Magnesium 3 Organic Complex – 60 capsules is a food supplement combining three organic forms of magnesium: magnesium citrate, magnesium malate and magnesium bisglycinate. It is designed for everyday magnesium supplementation in physically active people and during periods of increased physical or mental demands.

Two capsules provide 200 mg of elemental magnesium, while three capsules provide 300 mg, equivalent to 80% of the Nutrient Reference Value.
