BRONHOKLIR® EXPECTORANT SYRUP is a herbal preparation from the adult syrup line, formulated to alleviate symptoms associated with cough and bronchitis of various origins. Thanks to the combination of primrose and thyme extracts, this syrup effectively thins thick secretions, increases mucus mobility, and facilitates its expulsion from the airways.
In addition to its expectorant effect, BRONHOKLIR® provides strong immune support with the addition of Echinacea, honey, and propolis. Standardized purple coneflower extract stimulates defense cells, while propolis acts as a natural shield against bacteria, viruses, and fungi. Menthol and essential oils of Scots pine and anise further refresh the breath and contribute to easier airflow through the bronchi.
Composition:
Primrose liquid extract (1:2): 2.0 g (enhances secretion and eases coughing up).
Thyme tincture (1:5): 3.0 g (relaxes respiratory muscles and provides antiseptic effects).
Dry Echinacea extract (4% polyphenols): 0.9 g (stimulates immunity).
Excipients: Honey, propolis, purified water, sugar, glycerol, menthol, Scots pine and anise essential oils.
Action:
Bronhoklir Expectorant acts both mechanically and immunologically. The active ingredients of primrose increase mucus hydration in the bronchi, while thyme reduces smooth muscle spasms, making the cough more productive and less painful. The addition of propolis and Echinacea directly encourages phagocytosis and antibody production, accelerating the body's recovery from infection.
Intended Use:
Adults with a productive (wet) cough.
Patients with symptoms of bronchitis.
Individuals having difficulty expelling thick phlegm.
As a supplement to antibiotic therapy for throat and respiratory inflammations.
Usage:
Adults take 5-10 ml three times daily (1-2 dosing spoons). Usage for at least one week is recommended, continuing for 2-3 days after symptoms disappear. Shake before use.
Warning:
Contains sugar, therefore not recommended for diabetics. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a physician before use.

Delivery outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia, ie export of goods, is done exclusively through the service of DHL and PostExport Post of Serbia.

For goods ordered up to 5.000,00 RSD, delivery charge is 260.00 RSD (VAT included). For goods over 5.000,00 RSD, shipping is free of charge.
For international delivery:
For the export of goods abroad through the PostExport service of Post of Serbia, the shipping price is for:
- Zone I (Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia) - 1,280.00 RSD
- Zone II (Other European countries) - 1,790.00 RSD
- Zone III (Asia, Africa, America, Australia and other countries) - 2,650.00 RSD
Delivery time is 15 days or more (depending on the country of delivery)
For export of goods abroad through DHL service, the shipping price is 2,700.00 RSD. Delivery time is 1-5 business days (depending on the country of delivery)
Shipping cost is with tax. The price includes the delivery of the parcel to the buyer's address with the associated tax and customs at the seller's expense. A possible additional cost may be a customs charge against the buyer, depending on the country to which the package is being shipped.
