The foundation of Aspen Bad Oldesloe was laid in 1973 and we are today one of the most up-to-date manufacturing sites for conventional dosage forms in Europe. Being located close to Hamburg with direct connections towards the most prominent national and international transportation networks, we ensure reliable supply of medicines to more than 150 countries.

Since 2009 we are part of the Aspen Group, headquartered in Umhlanga close to Durban, South Africa. Aspen is nowadays the biggest manufacturer of drug products in the southern hemisphere. Our site at Bad Oldesloe in Germany is an integral part of Aspen's global manufacturing network which comprises a total of 23 manufacturing sites on 6 continents.
