Directions

1. Take one to three capsules daily.

The formula contains more EPA than DHA. A DHA-focused supplement may be more appropriate for specific nutritional requirements, including pregnancy, after advice from a healthcare professional.

The doses used under medical supervision for substantially elevated triglycerides may be considerably higher than ordinary food-supplement doses. Do not attempt to replace lipid-lowering treatment independently.

Take the capsules with a meal containing some dietary fat. This may improve tolerance and reduce fishy belching.

When using another fish-oil, krill-oil or algae-oil product, add together the EPA and DHA amounts to avoid unnecessary duplication.
