For maximum results on scars and keloids, proper preparation and massage are key. First, wash the scar with lukewarm water using only a baby or glycerin soap, and then dry it with a clean, soft towel (without rubbing). Soak the area with Jomelop E balm and massage with your fingertips for 5 to 10 minutes, adding more balm occasionally so the skin absorbs as many active ingredients as possible. In the evening, before bed, place a piece of gauze soaked in the balm over the scar and secure it with a bandage to let the product work overnight.

1. Can I apply Jomelop E to an open wound?
No. Jomelop E is used exclusively on closed (healed) wounds, scars, and first-degree burns (where the skin is not broken). For fresh, open burn wounds, it is recommended to use Jomelop G balm until a new layer of skin forms.

2. Can I use regular soap before application?
It is recommended to use only mild baby or pure glycerin soaps, as commercial soaps can further dry out and irritate the damaged tissue.

Shipping cost is with tax. The price includes the delivery of the parcel to the buyer's address with the associated tax and customs at the seller's expense. A possible additional cost may be a customs charge against the buyer, depending on the country to which the package is being shipped.
