It is recommended in the prevention and treatment of uratnog and cistinskog stone in the kidney.
According to the European guide for urolitijazu decomposition of uratnog stone, which actually consists of uric acid, is hemolitolizom which means alkalizaciju urine by alkaline citrate, such as potassium citrate. It is recommended to adjust the pH of the urine to a pH 6.5-7.2.

Usage:
