Today, Ufar employs about 30 people of various profiles. Development and production are led by a highly professional team of pharmacy specialists.
The production of Ufar is performed in a newly built drug factory in Belgrade, with a total area of 2000m2, which is designed and constructed so that it fully meets all the requirements of GMP (good manufacturing practices).
In addition to its own production program, Ufar concluded a long-term production contract with SANDOZ, one of the leading manufacturing pharmaceutical companies in the world, at the end of 2010.
For the needs of Sandoz in the territory of Serbia and Montenegro, Ufar produces 30 leading drugs in the form of tablets and capsules that belong to different therapeutic groups.
This cooperation clearly positions Ufar in the group of significant domestic drug manufacturers.
Ufar cooperates with all the most important state and private wholesalers, large retail chains, wholesalers of general purpose products, wholesalers of healthy food in the territory of Serbia, Republika Srpska and Montenegro.
Ufar has ISO 9001: 2008 certificates for the production and sale of medicines and the production of dietary food products, as well as the HACCP certificate for the production of dietary products.
Expansion of own production, improvement of all processes, as well as continuous care for quality are the main priorities of the company Ufar.
